4424 POWER MODULE VOLTAGE TOO LOW -
MODULE SHUTDOWN None 4_4 • DriveState = PREVENTED
• LiftUpState = PREVENTED • Severe B+ Undervoltage Set: Capacitor bank voltage
dropped below Severe Undervoltage limit with FET bridge
enabled.
• Effect: Reduced Drive Torque
• Possible Cause:
•
Battery menu parameters are misadjusted
• Non-controller system drain on battery
• Battery resisitance too high
• Battery disconnected while driving
• Blown B+ fuse or main contactor not closed
4475 POWER MODULE - BDI FAULT None 4_4 • DriveState = PREVENTED
• LiftUpState = PREVENTED • Pump BDI Fault Set: BDI Percentage charge at 0% when the
pump was activated.
• Effect: ShutdownPump
• Possible Cause:
•
Battery is fully discharged
• BDI parameters are mis-tuned
4476 BATTERY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH –
UNPLUG CHARGER None 4_4 • Enter SafeMode
• LiftDownState = MAX • The Ground Module momentarily measured excessively high
battery voltage (VBAT) (>32.0V) and entered SafeMode to
protect system devices. This may be due to improper battery
charging or incorrect voltage batteries being used.
