5 Mounting and installation of the JVM-507B

This connector is also used for connecting two CAN busses.
The illustration below shows the pin assignment of the power supply
connector (as viewed from the cable side):

The JVM-507B supports voltage drops down to 6.5 V (Cold Crank) without
causing a reset.
To start the JVM-507B, pin 2 (ig) must be connected with U BATT. Pin
7 must continuously be connected with U BATT. The ignition (+) control signal
is issued when the key is in position
