Expand”

1.
First, Pool 1 is created with one RAID set, which is configured as RAID 0 with 2 disks.
2.
We need to expand the capacity of Pool 1 by adding another RAID set – a RAID 5 with 4
disks. Go to
Pool
tab. Select the pool you want to expand. Right click to bring out
function menu and select
Expand
.
3.
Pool name can’t be changed since this is to expand the current pool, not creating a new
pool. Select RAID 5 and select the drives needed. Click Finish to complete adding a new
RAID set.
