Place the springs into the appropriate positions.

Fit the Jetprime closing disc and the snap ring.
●
Remount the complete Jetprime clutch unit onto the Tmax.
●
Fit the aluminium spacer onto the pin between the bolt and cover.
●
Tighten the holding bolt to 65Nm (as advised in the Yamaha manual).
●
Add water and oil back into the engine.
●
The clutch will need to be broken in gently and we consider making a short journey of about 6-10 miles
(10-15km) paying attention to not force the start to avoid overheating the discs too much.
Please note:
For road use we consider the use of only 3 springs placed at 120°. For a race attack and feel,
you should use all 6 springs.
