drills  into  the 

workpiece,  the  pilot  pin  retracts  and  tightens  the  spring.  As  a  result,  after

 

the

 

cutter 

drills

 

through

 

the  material,  the  slug  core  is  expelled  from  the  cutter.  Also,  when
