CONDITIONS GENERALES DE GARANTIE

Article 1

A la livraison du bateau, les parties signent le certificat de livraison remis par les

CHANTIERS JEANNEAU à cet effet, qui vaut accord de conformité de la part de l’acheteur-

utilisateur.

La réception du bateau par l’acheteur-utilisateur faite sans réserve, vaut acceptation

de l’état apparent du bateau en application des dispositions de l’article 1642 du Code Civil. 

La mise en jeu de la garantie ne pourra être demandée que sous réserve :

- du retour au service Après-Vente des CHANTIERS JEANNEAU du volet du certificat

de livraison et du coupon de garantie, lui revenant,

- de l’accomplissement des contrôles et révisions prescrits par les CHANTIERS JEAN-

NEAU, étant précisé que les éventuels frais tels que de manutentions, de transports, de sta-

tionnement, de convoyage, engagés pour la réalisation de ces opérations demeurent à la

charge exclusive de l’acheteur-utilisateur.

GENERAL TERMS OF WARRANTY

Article 1

At the moment of delivery of the boat, the parties sign the Certificate of Delivery

supplied by CHANTIERS JEANNEAU for this purpose ; it is equivalent to an agreement of

compliance by the Purchaser/user.

The acceptance of delivey by the Purchaser/user, without any reservation, is equivalent

to the acceptance of the apparent condition of the boat, in pursuance to the provisions of

articles 1642 of the Civil Code. The terms of Warranty are engaged solely upon :

- the return to CHANTIERS JEANNEAU After-Sales Department of the completed

tear-away section of the Certificate of Delivery and of Warranty Registration Card,

- the following of the directives on verifications set forth by CHANTIERS JEANNEAU;

It is made clear that the possible expenses of handling, transportation, parking, escort, etc.

non-inclusively which have been incurred in the execution of the above-mentioned directives

and verifications are born exclusively by the Purchaser-User.

Artículo 1

El día de entrega del barco las partes firman el certificado de entrega dado por

CHANTIERS JEANNEAU que sirve de acuerdo de conformidad por parte del comprador-

utilizador.

La recepción del barco por el comprador-utilizador hecha sin salvedad, sirve de

acepto del estado aparente del barco en cumplimiento de las disposiciones del artículo

1642  del código civil. El uso de la garantía podrá ser pedida sólo a  reserva:

- de la vuelta al servicio Posventa de CHANTIERS JEANNEAU de la hoja del

certificado de entrega y del cupón de garantía que le corresponde.

- del cumplimiento de los controles y revisiones prescritos por CHANTIERS

JEANNEAU. Cabe precisar que los gastos eventuales tal como manipulaciones, trans -

portes, aparcamientos, convoy, emprendados en la realización de estas operaciones que-

dan exclusivamente a cargo del comprador-utilizador.
