4.1 Display of the Measurements and Configuration
Taste SELECT: Auswahl der Meßgröße
SELECT key: Selection of the measured variable

The corresponding key is pressed once,and the LCD images are displayed cyclically.

3 Inbetriebnahme /
3 Starting
Nach korrekter Installation des Gerätes kann die Hilfsenergieversorgung zugeschaltet werden. Das
Gerät führt einen Reset durch, der bis zu ca. 30s dauern kann und ist danach betriebsbereit. Die
Parametrierung des Gerätes kann nur mit der Software PLWinnova durchgeführt werden. Folgende
Parametrierungen sind unerläßlich:
• Uhrzeit (das Gerät zeigt wie der PC automatisch Sommer- und Winterzeit an)
• Region/Bezirk/Adresse für das Speichern ausgelesener Daten in entsprechenden Verzeichnissen
• Meßbereiche (Primärstrom,Spannung)
• Speicherkonfiguration (im Lieferzustand bleibt der Speicher leer)
Die Handhabung der Software PLWinnova ist im Handbuch PLWinnova bzw. unter der Hilfefunktion
im Programm ausführlich beschrieben. Nach einem Hilfsenergieausfall über 12h muß die Uhr neu
gesetzt werden, Datenerhalt siehe Abschnitt 2.4
Once the device has been correctly installed, the auxiliary power supply can be switched on. The device
carries out a reset, which can last about 30 s, after which it is ready for operation. The parameters of the
device can only be set with the PLWinnova software. It is essential that the following parameters are set:
• Time (like the PC, the device automatically displays summer time and winter time)
• Region/District/Address for storing the data read out in appropriate directories
• Measuring ranges (primary current, voltage)
• Memory configuration (as supplied, the memory is empty)
Operation of the software is described in detail both in the manual and in the program s help system.
The clock must be reset if the auxiliary power is off for more than 12h. Data retention see Section 2.4
