Follow the instruction on the display:

Caution:
Clean all dispenser parts that
come into contact with the
product with a cleaning agent.
Only use cleaning agents
recommended by the food
industry and your Cafitesse
system supplier. For safe
handling, dosing and use of
cleaning agents, follow the
instructions on the label of the
cleaning agent.
Clean the interior of the cooling
compartment (fig. 25):
Use a brush wetted with cleaning
agent and clean the doser hole
in the bottom of the cooling
compartment.
Dry the doser hole intensely with a
clean paper towel.
Clean the interior of the cooling
compartment thoroughly with a
cloth wetted with cleaning agent.
Then dry the cooling compartment
intensely with a clean paper towel.
Insert the product pack.

Start.the.„Clean.&.Flush“.procedure.
without.cleaning.tablet
Press first the STOP button and
then the enter button and hold
them pressed simultaneously for
3-4 seconds to enter the cleaning
mode (fig. 24).
Follow the instruction on the display:
PLEASE.REMOVE.PRODUCT.
PACK
Open the dispenser door.
Remove the product pack.
