TBV Transaction Based Validator

Double Banknote

Detected

Sensor detected a double Banknote.

[Solution] Check Banknote condition. Clean the Unit.

[Relative Parts] BNF Assignation Sensor, Validation Sensors

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.
Calibrate the Unit.

Inhibit Setting

The Banknote has been inhibited by DIP Switch Setting or Host Command.

[Solution] Check DIP Switch Block 1 or 3 settings.

[Relative Parts] BNF Circuit Board, CPU

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.
Calibrate the Unit.

Reject Command

The Banknote was returned in response to a Host Command.

[Solution] Check for proper communications with the Host computer.

[Relative Parts] CPU

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.
Calibrate the Unit.

Cash Box

Removed

While transporting a Banknote, the Cash Box was removed.

[Solution] Reseat the Cash Box. Check Cash Box Sensors. Clean the Unit.

[Relative Parts] Cash Box Sensor, Cash Box Lock Sensor

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.

Banknote

Detection

The Sensors detected a Banknote with abnormal timing.

[Solution] Clean the Banknote Path, Belts and Rollers.

[Relative Parts] Entrance, Exit. Validation and Side Sensors, Transport
Belts, Transport Rollers

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.
Calibrate the Unit.

Banknote Length

The Sensors detected the Banknote Length was longer or shorter than the
specified value.

[Solution] Clean the Banknote path. Check that the Banknote is not
damaged or exhibiting unfit conditions.

[Relative Parts] Rollers, Validation Sensors

If the condition is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.
Calibrate the Unit.

Pattern Error 1

The Sensors detected an improper Banknote Pattern.

[Solution] Clean the Banknote path. Check that the Banknote is not
damaged or exhibiting unfit conditions.
