Treat the thread of the pivot pin

with Loctite
270 and fit the pin where indicated.

Check that all parts of the trigger and other parts
in contact are well coated with lubricant. (see
item 5
)

Fit the housing spool

and the housing seal

Fit a new ‘O’ ring to the housing

Assemble the seals into the lower section of the
barrel casting

Treat the threads

of the check valve with
Loctite 542. Ensure that the ball

is clean and
undamaged. Obtain a new seal. Assemble the
check valve.

Fit the check valve into the barrel
