Routine Maintenance

Refit the plug

. Refit bottom hose

and secure with

hose clip

Fill the system. Use the correct mix of clean, soft
water and anti-freeze.

Coolant Mixtures (

182)

Refit the filler cap

making sure that it is tight.

Run the engine for a while, to raise the coolant to
working temperature and pressure. Stop the engine.
Check for leaks.

Note: Manually squeeze the top and bottom radiator
hoses during filling to displace any trapped pockets of air
and to prevent air locks
