BRAKE OIL EXCHANGER WITH AIR PRESSURE
The brake oil exchanger can be operated by only one
person and it can save time and effort. This machine
can exchange the brake oil. There is no residual oil and
air in the brake system, which reduces risk of failure of
the brakes .The machine is also equipped with an inlet
safety valve.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Fully fill the braking oil
2. Connect the air pressure and open the switch of
inlet air.
3. Adjusting the air inlet pressure (the normal air
pressure is 0.5kg/cm2 to 1.5kg/cm2, if the oil cup
on the brake oil pump is weaker, so it needs to
be lower)
4. Choose the suitable cover and cover it on the
brake oil pump.
5. Connect the outlet connector of the brake oil ex-
changer to the fittings of the brake oil pump.
6. Open the switch of the supply oil (straight is open
,the left and right is close).
7. In order to avoid the mixing of the deposit oil and
the fresh oil absorb, fill two thirds of the deposit oil
from the oil cup first, and then fill with the fresh oil.
NOTICE:
1.
When filling the brake oil should discharge the
inside air in the oil box .Then open the switch of
the inlet air in order to avoid the brake oil overflow
from the oil inlet.
2.
For first use, you should discharge the air in the
rubber pipe of this machine.
The rubber connector is made by the special material
(cannot leakage), the oil exchange is clear at a glance.
The air pressure brake oil exchanger can reclaim scra-
ped brake oil.
