3.1.2  Adjusting Brightness 

 
Adjust the brightness to the suitable level for display. 
Adjust the brightness by touching the [DIM+] button/[DIM-] button on the display.   
The brightness is set to maximum initially. 

 

 

Main Display NWZ-510SDW 

 
When the [DIM+] button is touched, the display brightness increases and the display can be dimmed 
by touching the [DIM-] button. 
17 brightness levels are available. 
 

CAUTION 

Under the minimum brightness, the ship speed display and accumulated 
sailing distance/trip distance display disappear. Only each corner icons: 
[ALERT], [DIM+], [DIM-], [MENU] would display.
