45.Open flow meter load valve, set parking brake,
reel switch off, start engine and advance throttle to
high idle position.
46.Slowly close tester load valve until 2200 psi (152
Bar) is obtained.
47.Read/record gpm (lpm) flow on Traction Circuit
Test Record (Figure 8G-13).
• If flow drops 0.5 gpm (1.9 lpm) or less, left rear
traction motor is okay.
• If flow drops 0.5 to 1.5 gpm (1.9 to 5.6 lpm), the
left rear traction motor is marginal.
• If flow drops more than 2 gpm (7.6 lpm), perfor-
mance will be noticeably reduced. The left rear
traction motor will require repair or replace-
ment.
48.Open tester load valve, slow engine to idle speed
and shut off engine.
49.Remove flow test meter and hoses and install the
traction pump hydraulic lines to the lines on the
front axle.
50.Remove the flow lock tool from the traction pump
control arm and connect the traction pedal rod to
the control arm.
51.Install the seat and seat mounting plate.
52.Remover seat switch harness jumper and connect
the seat switch harness to the seat switch.
53.Remove the wheel restraints from the front
wheels.
