1. Read operators manual. Do not allow untrained operators to
use this machine.
2. Keep all shields in place and hardware securely tightened.
3. Before you clean, adjust or repair this equipment,
disengage all drives, engage parking brake and stop engine.
4. Keep hands, feet and clothing away from moving parts.
5. Never carry passengers.

Never mow in transport.
If lever is in transport
mode, forward motion will
suddenly increase when mowers
are raised or sut off
Do not use this machine on
slopes greater than 12.5 .

Reels turn when reel levers are in backlap position. Read operator’s manual before backlapping.

BACKLAPPING PROCEDURE
1. Engage parking brake.
2. Turn backlap lockout key to backlap position.
3. Turn all 3 backlapping knobs counter clockwise to
open bypass valves.
4. Start Engine and set throttle to minimum idle speed.
5. Engage reels for backlapping. Reels may turn slowly
with bypass valves open.
6. Slowly close bypass valve for reel to be backlapped
until reel rotates at desired speed.
7. With extreme caution apply lapping compound with a
lond handled brush.

TO Mow
1. Parking Brake.....On
2. Traction Lever.....Neutral
3. Reel Lever...........Off
4. Accelerator.........Neutral
5. Depress glow plug switch
for 3 to 5 seconds.
6. Start Engine
1. Parking Brake.....Off
2. Traction Lever.....Desired gear
3. Slowly depress accelerator
1. Parking Brake.....Off
2. Traction Lever.....Mow
3. Reel Lever...........On
4. Slowly depress
accelerator
5. Depress front of mow
pedal to lower and
engage reels.
Depress rear of mow
pedal to raise and stop
reels.
To Stop: Remove foot from accelerator
and apply brake. Place traction lever in
neutral. Engage parking brake. Turn
ignition to off and remove key.
Important: When operating on inclines
maintain engine speed and reduse forward
speed. Warranty is void if tractor is used for
towing.
