For an optimum fit when carrying heavy
loads or for increased freedom of move-
ment, fasten the waist belt. The waist
belt padding should sit centrally on the
hips. Adjust the length of the shoulder
straps until the waist belt is at the height
described above and then tighten it
securely.
Make sure that that it doesn’t compress
your stomach and that you are able to
lift your legs easily.
