The following is a list of possible problems that may occur, and some possible cause and remedies. If the solu on to these

TROUBLESHOOTING WARNINGS
Towing Warning:
TRANSIT LINKS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE TOWING.
Bodily Harm Warning:
DO NOT CHECK FOR FUEL OR HYDRAULIC LEAKS WITH YOUR HANDS. THE HIGH PRESSURE IN THESE LINES WILL
PENTRATE THE SKIN AND CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.

Engine will not start
Engine stops

Belts tracking to one side of pulley
Woodchuck chain stops
Dead ba ery
Out of fuel
Belt out of alignment
S ck under chain
Jump start engine. Connect jumper cables to the
12v auxiliary ba ery first. Connect the posi ve
cable to the posi ve terminal on elevator ba ery.
Then connect nega ve cable to the frame of the
elevator. Connec on to frame should not be near
elevator ba ery.
Fill tank with diesel and bleed air from system.

Turn engine off. Turn chain backwards with a bar.
Remove s ck and ghten woodchuck chain.
