Inspect belts, hoses, and general appearance of engine and chassis.
•Repair of replace items that show wear or damage.
•Replace all safety shields, guards, and labels that have been damaged.
•Wash and clean chassis
•Clean all air filters and re‐install.
•Fill diesel tank.
•Check hydraulic oil level (oil level between bo om and top sight gauge).
•Inflate res to 65 psi.
•Release belt tension on all conveyor belts by adjus ng the idler pulleys.
•If stored in an unprotected area, all conveyor belts should be removed. The belts should be rolled up
and stored indoors off the floor to prevent deteriora on. (BELTS STORED STANDING ON END MAY
ABSORB MOISTURE IN THE EDGES AND WILL NOT TRACK STRAIGHT WHEN INSTALLED IN THE
ELEVATOR.)
•The ba ery should be removed and stored indoors off the floor.
