Part 3 – Removing the lever
Step
Action
1.
Remove the ROV handle locking pin GFV5-40-S.
2.
Remove the nut (9102985-2) of the lever axis (9102985-1) and the washer (9103002).
3.
While holding the lever (9102981), remove the axis (9102985).
4.
Recover the lever and washer (910298).
5.
End of procedure.
Part 4 – Removing the back-up ROV handle
Step
Action
1.
Remove the plastic handle safety pin ROV (9102729) after having removed the split pin
size 2.5 x 30.
2.
Remove the retaining screw (9102736).
3.
Remove the handle of ROV back-up mechanism (9103086).
4.
End of procedure.
Part 5 – Removing ROV handle supporting guide
Step
Action
1.
Remove the four screws CHC10-30-S.
2.
At this stage, the guiding support of ROV handle (9102976) can be removed.
3.
End of procedure.
