Step
Action
1.
Generously grease the interior of the hook (9103084).
2.
Fit the ring (A 515C65) inside the hook beak.
3.
Slowly rock the hook (9103084) around its pin (9102984), until it comes in abutment
against its support.
4.
Turn the 8 Allen key, the axle rotates, presses the spring leaf (9102980) of the stop
piece (2903203) and clear the lever (910 2981).
5.
Manually or with the 8 Allen key, press the spring leaves (9101555) of the stop pieces
(2903201 & 2903202), clear the fork shaped lever (910 2893).
6.
Manually set the lever (9102981) to bring its short section in contact with the hook.
7.
Manually set the fork-shaped lever (9102893) to bring the long section of the lever
(9102981) in contact between the arms of the said fork-shaped lever, and push the arms
in a direction parallel to the lower wall of the acoustic actuator.
8.
While holding the hook in position, transmit the “ARM & RELEASE” sequence with
Remote Control Unit to arm the locking pin.
9.
The motor should rotate a quarter turn, and the locking pin must move to reach a
position situated above and perpendicular to the hook arms (9102893).
10.
Fit the safety pin (9102987) with its clipping pin G8-39660.
11.
Visually check that the assembly is properly locked and that no foreign body impairs the
correct operation of the releasing system.
12.
End of procedure.
