1. While in iPod mode, press the MENU/INFO button to enter iPhone/iPod menu.
2. Press the PRESET/ARROW buttons to enter the desired menu folder.
3. Press the SELECT/FM MO./ST. button to confirm.
4. Press the PRESET/ARROW buttons to navigate up and down in the iPhone/iPod
menu.
5. Press the MENU/INFO button to return to the previous iPhone/iPod menu.
• For iPhone/iPod, please make sure the current mode is set as iPod/Music/Video.
• iPod 4

, iPod mini or earlier generation doesn’t support the navigation menu.
charging your iPhone/iPod
1. Your iPhone/iPod has an internal non-removable battery, the battery may need to be
charged if the iPod has not been used for awhile.
2. You can charge the iPhone/iPod through the unit automatically under the STANDBY
or ON mode.
The iPod battery is 80% charged in about an hour, and fully charged in about a few hours.
If you charge it while playing music, it may take longer.
• It is not recommended to charge when using the TUNER mode. It may interfere with
the reception.
• To avoid damaging your iPhone/iPod or the unit please take care when inserting and
removing your iPhone/iPod from the dock.

Generation iPods.
LINE IN operation
There is a LINE IN socket located on the rear of the unit. Analogue audio sound signals from
other sources can be input to the unit.
1. Connect the input to another audio device via a 3.5mm audio stereo cable (not
included) with the LINE IN socket at the rear of the unit.
2. Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly to select AUX IN mode until “AUX IN“ shows
on the display.
3. Turn the /– control on the unit or press the /– on the remote
control to adjust the volume control for your desired sound output level.
4. In AUX IN mode, operate your audio device directly for playback features.
When the unit is in AUX mode, it will automatically switch to Standby mode in about 4
hours. “AUTO OFF” will flash on the display 10 minutes before switching to Standby mode.
You can reset the 4-hour countdown by pressing INTRO button while “AUTO OFF” is
flashing.
