Installation and adjustment of
circular saw elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains, stop supply
water and choose a no damp or wet locations to
operate as follows.
Replacement of diamond cutting blade
Put the tool on the end of the electric motor 1.

blade fixing bolt (8) with the help of the wrench
(13).
When tightening the screw fixing saw
blade (8), do not apply too great a force,
as this may damage the thread joint.
Only diamond cutting blade inside
diameter of 20mm can be used, other
products are improper.
Water supply installation
When cut or line concrete, tile or stone, must
supply water.
Install the stopple
Loose the clamping screw for cutting dept, •
adjust the base set to bottom, then fix it with
clamping screw.
As arrowhead point, put the stopple through •
inboard of link for cutting depth, then fix it to dentoid
cover of the support with mechanical screw.
Install the PVC pipe to the PVC pipe joint of the •
stopple.
Adjustment of feedwater quantity
Turn the stopple pole to the left or right can adjust
feedwater quantity. When turn the stopple pole to
inboard of the PVC pipe joint, the stopple open fully.
When turn 90 degree to the left, the stopple will
close fully and shut off water.
Use sweet water
Plug the stopple into the PVC soft pipe. •
Install the rubber jointer to cock, then put the •
PVC soft pipe through the rubber jointer.
Turn on cock to the position where rubber jointer •
will not fall. You can adjust feedwater quantity by
the stopple pole.
When use flume, must place it on the position
which is 80cm high or more above the workplace.
Initial operation
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted
on the tool identification plate.
Switching On/Off
Switching on:
To switch the machine on,
keep the lock-off button
(11) depressed and press
the on/off switch (2)
Switching off:
To switch the machine off,
release the on/off switch
