Replacing rechargeable batteries
To replace or recharge rechargeable batteries, perform the steps precisely as described in the previous
section. Simply, pull out the battery holder (C) and loosen the connector (G). Then, insert a new set of
charged batteries or remove the empty batteries and recharge them externally.

6.2. CHARGING BATTERIES ONCE FITTED
In order to recharge the batteries when they are mounted, simply plug the charging unit connector into
the outlet provided at the bottom of the dynamometer (Figure 17).
CAUTION!:
Before
connecting the charging unit to the dynamometer, make sure that no
non-
rechargeable
batteries are inside the battery compartment. Never connect the charging
unit before making sure that this is the case! (
explosion hazard!
).
The batteries must be connected to the charging unit for twelve hours for proper charging. We
recommend that you do not recharge the batteries until they are completely empty.
