Expert Setup

Communication Setup  

Sets up appropriate network environment. Go to Communication Setup.

IP: Enter the Host IP-Address.   

Netmask:  Enter the Netmask to find a Host IP-Address in its Subnet. 

LAN: Connection to the home Network. Default is LAN. 

Nameserver

Enter the DNS-Server IP-Address to switch a Domain name to an IP-Address.  

Gateway: Enter the Router’s IP-Address 

Enable Network: Press the [OK] button to enable the Network (a check/tick

will appear in the checkbox). Default is disabled. 

Port 80: Enter a Port of your choice to configure the HTTP Port for the

receiver Web Interface. Default is Port 80.

Once you setup Parental lock, you can lock/unlock any item in Service List.
Press MENU on  Service List to enter  service menu and then you can see new
option “lock”.

Go to the option “lock”/“unlock” and press the [OK] button to lock/unlock the

selected service. Beside the selected service appears the Symbol for a locked

service.

If you want to view/unlock this service next time you select it, you will be asked

for the PIN. Enter the PIN to view/unlock this service. After unlocking the Service,

the Symbol for a locked service will disappear.

Note
Set a check to DHCP and press the [OK] button to avoid duplication to assign an IP-
Address which the receiver is using.
