CAUSE
THERE IS NO VOLTAGE
MCCB is shut down
PUMPS IS WORKING UNDER
OVERPRESSURE CONDITIONS
ADDITIONAL VENTILATION IS
STOPPED
INPUT VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
INTERNAL SHORTCIRCUIT
MOTOR PHASE FAILURE
DISCHARGE PIPE TOO LONG
PUMP HAS NOT BEEN PRIMED
SUCTION / DISCHARGE VALVES ARE
DIRTY OR DAMAGED
SUCTION FILTER IS DIRTY
AIR COMES INTO SUCTION PIPE
CAVITATION IN SUCTION
DAMAGED DIAPHRAGM
DAMAGED PISTON
DAMAGE SEALS
DAMAGED BELLOW
SOLUTION
- Check with a voltmeter incoming
voltage
- Check there is no shortcircuit in the
power supply
- Check the pressure in line is lower
than the maximum pressure of the unit
- Shorter the discharge pipe
- Increase the pipe diameter
- Check the wiring of the additional
ventilation, and test it connecting it
directly to a power supply
- Check with a voltmeter incoming
voltage
- Contact ITC Technical Service
- Check the wiring between motor
and electronic card
- Prime the pump injecting at zero
pressure
- Clean or change valves
- Clean filter
- Check sealing in connection points
- Increase suction pipe diameter
- Reduce sucion pipe length
- Reduce speed through an inverter
- Use a less viscous liquid
-· Change diaphragm
-.Change piston
- Change seals
- Change bellows
