The machine doesn’t start.
The blade is not moving even if the
moto ris running.
The blade is not cutting straight.
The blade isn’t cutting well or it is
cutting too slowly.
There is dust accumulation inside
the machine.
There is dust inside the motor.
The machine is not cutting correctly
at à 90° or 45°.
The blade cannot be positioned
correctly on the wheels.
- Check the correct connection and
that the cable hasn’t any current
brakings.
- Contact the dealer for reparation.
- Stop the motor and lock the
correspondent levier.
- Open the doors and check the
blade situation.
- Change the blade.
- Change the belt.
- Use the fence.
- Put less pressure on the piece and
verify that the blade is not bending
too much during the cut.
- Use a new blade.
- Adjust the blade guides.
- Change the blade.
- Mount the blade correctly.
- Clean regularly the machine and
aspire possible accumulations of
dust or pieces of wood.
- Clean periodically the motor fan.
- Adjust the table.
- Change the blade or put less
pressure during the piece feeding.
- Contact the dealer for a correct
alignment.
- Line up the blade.
- There isn’t any electric power.
- The button ON/OFF is faulty.
- The tension lockage levier has
not been locked.
- The blade came out from one of
the two wheels.
- The blade is broken.
- The belt is broken.
- You are not using the fence for
parallel cuts.
- You are feeding the piece too
fast.
- The blade teeth are damaged.
- The blade guides are not adju-
sted correctly.
- The teeth are cracked because
of a too long use of the blade or
because you have cut a mate-
rial too hard.
- The blade is mounted opposite.
- Too many dust on the external
composants of the motor.
- The table is not adjusted cor-
rectly accordin to the blade.
- The blade is damaged or it is too
much under pressure during the
cut.
- The wheels are not correctly ali-
gned.
- The alignment of the blade has
not been made correctly.
