WARRANT Y C ONDI TIONS
The bodies of our dry stoves are guaranteed for 10 years.
All non-consumable body parts are guaranteed for 2 years and electrical items for 1 year.
Consumable parts of the stove are exempt from warranty which includes the glass, fire
rope, vermiculite board and any other consumables.
If something is faulty please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a
replacement(s). You have up to 6 months from receipt of the goods to let us know that they
are faulty. Where it is clear that the parts were faulty when you received them we will send
replacements or repair the item free of charge as soon as possible. This is in addition to
the manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty. Damage in transit is not the same as faulty goods.
Please contact us first - we will not pay for replacement parts or repair services arranged
without our consent.
THE WARRANTY IS VALIDATED ON THE CONDITION THAT:
• Only the approved wood pellet fuel is used (6mm diameter, EN Plus A1).
• Installation only by a party authorised by Island Pellet Stoves Ltd.
• Annual maintenance of stove and flue only by a party authorised by Island Pellet
Stoves Ltd.
• The product is registered via the form on page 11 or at the address below.
