VACUUM AND FILTER MAINTENANCE
FILTER SYSTEM
Filter system of the IQMS362i is designed to function
automatically with the masonry saw. The vacuum
motor automatically starts with the saw motor start.
The system is designed to operate for 50 linear meters
of cutting before cleaning filter or emptying dust tray.
Slide dust tray out.
Empty dust into bag or sealed container and dispose properly.
Empty dust collection tray after 50 linear meters of cutting or
at the end of each day before transport.

CLEANING THE FILTER AND EMPTYING DUST TRAY
Spin filter three times every 30 minutes of cutting or
at the end of each day. Spin filter before emptying dust
collection tray. Rotate dust tray release lever to the left.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
• Check that the machine’s safety equipment is
undamaged. See instructions in the section
“Machine’s safety equipment”.
• Clean the outside of the machine. Do not
use a high pressure washer to clean the saw.
• Open the blade guard. Clean both the inside
and outside, and close the blade guard.
