Every 6 months to 1 year, a qualified service technician should inspect, test,
and adjust the inherent safety sensor as well as the batteries, belts, chains,
and grease the bearings. Also, all bolts and nuts should be tightened and
checked for wear. All external accessories should also be tested for proper
operation and wiring compliance.
