CAUTION
:
This device is protected against overheating. If the case temperature
of the laser module exceeds 50°C, the laser emission will be turned off
automatically, and a warning message will be displayed in the status.
If the module case temperature will be decreased down to 47°C, you
can switch on the laser emission again. If the laser overheats, do not
use the product and contact a representative from IPG Laser for
assistance.
5. Low temperature. Bit 24.
ERROR
LOW TEMPERATURE
This means that case temperature of the laser is too low. Laser emission will be switched off. Please
check if outside conditions are in the operating range. This message and error bit disappear as soon
as case temperature of the laser module drops in the operating range
6. Module disconnected. Bit 6.
ERROR
MODULE DISCONNECTED
This means that digital data communication with the laser module inside the device is broken. Try to
reset the error and if it appears again please contact IPG Laser for assistance.
7. Module power supply failure. Bit 19.
ERROR
POWER SUPPLY FAILURE
This means that though the internal main power supply is switched on there is no voltage applied to
the laser module. Try to reset the error and if it appears again please contact IPG Laser for assistance.
8. Module power supply failure 2. Bit 25.
ERROR
POWER SUPPLY FAILURE 2
This means that though the internal main power supply is switched on and the voltage is applied to the
laser module, the value of this voltage is not within the preinstalled range. If this error appears the
internal main power supply will be automatically deactivated. Reset the error and switch on the internal
main power supply. If the error appears again please contact IPG Laser for assistance.
