E2.1.5 The head does not descend
A Correct the error as described in table E1.2.

Check there are no errors on the control panel
display, see paragraph E1.2.
B If there are no errors, go to point 2.
A If the fuse is burnt out, replace it.

Check the state of the fuse F2 protecting the
head actuator.
B If the fuse is intact, go to point 3.
A
If the head descends, check the wear of the carbon
brushes and that the flange rotates freely, as
described in paragraph A1.3 - A3.3.

Disconnect the brush motors by means of the
connectors F1-F2, see paragraph A1.2, and
command descent of the brush head.
B If it does not descend, go to point 4.
A
If there is a voltage of 36 V briefly (max. 3 secs), go
to point 5.

Check for a voltage of 36 V on positions D5
and D6 of connector D when the head lowering
or raising command is given, see paragraph
A2.1.
B
If there is no voltage, replace the control panel
board.
A
If the actuator functions correctly when powered
directly from the battery and the draw is correct, see
paragraph A2.2, go to point 6.

Remove and control the actuator as described
in paragraph A2.2 - A2.3 - A2.4.
B
If it does not turn when powered directly, replace the
actuator, see paragraph A2.3.
A If the levers move effortlessly, go to point 7.

Check that the head raising assembly levers
slide and rotate without effort.
B Otherwise repair/and or lubricate and go to point 8.
A
If the electrical connections are OK and there is
continuity, go to point 8.

Check the connections and wires powering the
actuator.
B Otherwise restore continuity
A
If draw does not correspond to the values in the
table, replace the actuator.

Check the draw of the actuator as described in
paragraph A2.1
B Otherwise replace the actuator.
E2.1.6 There is no suction
A If the hose is dirty or damaged, clean or replace it

Check that the suction hose is clean and in
good condition
B Otherwise go to point 2
A If everything is OK, go to point 3.

Check that the metal clip is tight and verify the
seal of the gasket in the dirty water drain hose.
B Otherwise tighten the clip and/or replace the gasket.
A If everything is OK, go to point 4.

Check the cleanliness and state of the rubber
cap gasket, lid and lid gasket.
B
Clean or replace the dirty or damaged gaskets
and/or caps.
A If everything is OK, go to point 5.

Check that the squeegee blades are clean, in
good condition and correctly regulated.
B
Otherwise replace the blades and/or adjust the
squeegee, see paragraph B2.5 - B2.6.
A If OK, go to point 6

Check the tightness of the connection between
the suction motor and the dirty water tank and
the state of the seal gaskets, see paragraph
B1.2
B
Replace the gaskets and/or tighten the screws P
correctly, see paragraph B1.2.
A If the tank is in good condition, go to point 7
6
Check the state of the tank and free from
damage or holes.
B If the tank is damaged, replace it.

Check suction motor draw without load and
with the suction hose capped, see paragraph
B1.1.
A Check the suction motor.
