ION Science recommends that personnel responsible for equipment use institute
a regime of regular checks to ensure it performs within calibration limits, and that
a record be maintained which logs calibration check data.
The equipment should be used in accordance with the safety standards and
installation instructions given in this manual, and in compliance with local safety
standards.
