13 Firmware update

The module is equipped with the ability to update the program. The program is delivered 
as a file with .bin extension.

Note

: Improper use of the software update function may damage the module.

In order to perform a software update operation, it is necessary, using the built-in web 
server, to select the update file. To do so, go to the  

Administration

  tab, then select 

Update

 page and press the 

Browse

 button.

Once   the   file   is  uploaded,   simply   press   the  

Update

 

Firmware

  button.  Programming 

takes about 1 minute. 

Restarting the device confirms that the update has been performed correctly.
