NOTE:
Different models have different display panel. Not all the indicators describing below are
available for the air conditioner you purchased. Please check the indoor display panel of the unit
you purchased.
Illustrations in this manual are for explanatory purposes. The actual shape of your
indoor unit may be slightly different. The actual shape shall prevail.

The display panel on the indoor unit can be used to operate the unit in cases when the remote
control has been misplaced or is out of batteries.
Operation buttons

ON/OFF
button : Operation starts when this button is pressed and stops when you press the
button again.

MODE
button: Press this button to select the appropriate operating mode. Each time the button
is pressed, the operation mode is shifted in the direction of the arrow:
AUTO COOL DRY HEAT(for cooling & heating units only) FAN ONLY
Auto
: Automatically chooses the operation mode by sensing the difference between the actual
ambient room temperature and the set temperature on the remote controller. The fan speed is
automatically controlled.
Cool
: Enables you to enjoy the cooling effect at you preferred setting temperature .
Dry
: Permits dehumidifying operation . In Dry mode, you can not select Fan speed.
Heat
: Permits heating operation (For cooling & heating models only).
Fan
only: Permits fan operation without cooling or heating. In this case, however, the setting
temperature is not displayed and you cannot adjust the set temperature.
NOTE:
If the unit is turned off under COOL, AUTO or DRY mode with the set temperature less than 24
°C
,
the set temperature will be automatically set to 24
°C
when you turn on the unit again. If the unit is turned
off under HEAT mode with the set temperature more than 24
°C
, the set temperature will be automatically
set to 24
°C
when you turn on the unit again (Applicable to some products only).
