Invacare® Action Vertic
1.
Unscrew the lower locking screws
A
with 4 mm Allen
key.
2.
Remove the upper locking screws
A
with 4 mm Allen
key, sideways.
3.
Position the one piece footboard assembly into the one
of the two angle positions.
4.
Insert the upper locking screws
A
into the pre-set holes
and firmly tighten upper and lower screws (10 Nm).
Depth adjustment.
1.
Remove the two locking screws
A
with 4 mm Allen key,
sideways.
2.
Position the one piece footboard assembly forwards or
backwards to the appropriate depth.
3.
Insert the two locking screws
A
into the pre-set holes
and firmly tighten the screws (10 Nm).
Height adjustment
The one piece footboard has three height adjustment
options.
1.
Remove calf strap if necessary.
2.
Remove the two locking screws
A
with 4 mm Allen key,
sideways.
3.
Position the one piece footboard assembly into one of
three preset positions.
4.
Insert the two locking screws
A
into the pre-set holes
and firmly tighten the screws (10 Nm) into the desired
position.
Invacare recommends that angle and depth adjustment are
carried out by an authorized dealer.
Calf strap adjustment
To ensure a good position of the feet the calf strap
A
is attached to the leg rest support and adjustable
by hook and loop fasteners, make sure they perfectly
overlap.
3.6 Chest and Knee cushions
Chest and knee cushions contribute to comfort and good
posture during verticalization.
WARNING!
Risk of falling
Chest and knee cushions that are incorrectly set
or fixed can lead to falling.
– Always check that the cushions are correctly
fitted before using the wheelchair and have
them set or readjusted by an authorized dealer
when required.
