Descriptions
Use the Rotary Encoder to scroll through the menu Selections. Press the Rotary Encoder to
activate a selection.
This screen allows the user to define test setup parameters that are common to both Manual
and Program Test Setups. Each Test Setup (“0” through “12”) may have its own unique
DEFINE PARAMETERS information.
CAUTION
Be cautious when
SAVING
Manual and Program Test Setup files as the DEFINE
PARAMETERS data for BOTH are stored under one Test Setup (numbered “1” through “12”).
Example:
if you change the “DUT thermal const (20-500)” from 100 to 150 in Manual Test
Setup “1”, then Program Test Setup “1” also changes to “150”.
