button to open the MD5 Setting dialog. Enter the user name
and password of the user you have created on the authentication server. The user
name and password do not have to be the same as name and password of your
current Windows user login.

to save the settings.
20. If the Password Protection checkbox was checked on the General settings page,

to display the Password page.
