Step 4: Attach the Support Tube to the Upright 1 using: 2 – M10 x 70 Hex Bolts
4 – M10 Flat Washers
2 – M10 Locknuts
NOTE: Finger Tighten Only.
Step 5: Attach the Foot Rest to the Base Frame using: 4 – M10 x 20 Flat Head Bolts
NOTE: Wrench Tighten Now.
