STEP 6: Attach the right side frame to the top panel
You need:

Place flat washers (

), then lock washers (

) over the two drilled holes on the inside of the top rail of right side
frame (

).

Insert 1" bolts (

) through the washers and into the two threaded holes on the top panel (

). Tighten the bolts with the
4 mm hex key (

).
