6.2.6 Priming
During Priming product is pumped until it emerges from the filling system without
air bubbles.
Priming must be performed:
S
if air bubbles appear in the filling system
S
after changing the product
S
after format changeover
S
if the product tank is empty
6.2.6.1 Priming in Automatic mode

Open guard door.

Place a spillage tray under the filling needles.

Close guard door.

Switch on the control voltage.

Eliminate any indicated faults and reset with control field .

Touch control field . Priming starts.
7
Let the machine pump product until it emerges without air bubbles.

Touch control field again to switch Priming off.

Open guard door and remove spillage tray.

Switch on the control voltage.

Eliminate any indicated faults and reset with control field .
