Maintenance 
The SMART Hopper has been designed to minimise any performance variation over time. 
Much of this is achieved by careful hardware and software design. 

6.1

 

CLEARING A JAM 

On the unlikely event of a coin jamming within the SMART Hopper, follow the steps below 

1. Power off the hopper
2. Remove the hopper from the mounting plate
3. Empty all coins from the coin bowl
4. Clear the jammed coin from the disk
5. Re-fit the hopper to the mounting plate
6. Re-fill the hopper
7. Apply power
8. Test operation
