3.8.3.
Driving in Cold Temperatures
Too low temperature will deteriorate of lubrication among components and thus increase resistance. Also the battery
discharge capability and capacity will decrease dramatically in low temperature environment. Avoid to apply strong moves with
your INMOTION SCV in cold temperatures(
≤
-
5
℃
), otherwise can cause the INMOTION SCV to lose control, and you could
fall.
3.8.4.
Climbing
When the INMOTION SCV is climbing, the inner temperature will increase, especially during long period of continuous
climbing. Even though the system will slow down the speed while climbing, we still suggest you to avoid long period of
continuous climbing.
3.8.5.
Declining
The INMOTION SCV will collect energy while declining, and the motor will work as a power generator to store electricity
into the Battery Pack. Thus continuous declining will allow you to travel longer miles.
When the battery is nearly full, the recharge to the battery will cause excessive charge thus cause damage to the battery,
therefore the system will automatically lower down the max speed to reduce the possibility of excessive charge.
