Flickering Image on App
•
Make sure mobile device and camera are moved away from other
wireless devices (i.e. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc).
•
Make sure there are no lights directly facing the camera or in the
vicinity of the camera
Weak reception or no reception
•
Make sure both plush camera and mobile device are turned on.
•
Make sure batteries are charged in the plush camera
Accidentally held the camera power button too long
•
wait until flashing green light becomes solid green (about 6-8 seconds)
•
hold down the power button for 2-3 seconds and release (this will turn
off the unit)
•
Now hold down the power button for 2-3 seconds and release (now
this will turn the unit back on)
NOTE the green light will not turn on
or off while holding own the power button
