CRYOSAUNA TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

16

Pressure is low on the LN2 Dewars.

Newly filled tank that

hasn’t had time to

build pressure.

Let the tank sit overnight or open the
pressure-building valve until the valve
begins to frost and then close the
pressure-building valve.

Defective tank that
has lost its vacuum
and the pressure will
not rise.

Call your gas supplier for assistance.

Low or intermittent
usage in a climate
controlled space.

Either open the pressure building valve
fully until the valve begins to frost or
slightly open the pressure building valve
until you begin to hear the gas escaping
and leave it slightly open until the
Session is complete.

This may be required multiple times
during the day.

Pressure drops on the
Dewar after multiple
Sessions have been
run.

Either open the pressure building valve
fully until the valve begins to frost or
slightly open the pressure building valve
until you begin to hear the gas escaping
and leave it slightly open until the
Session is complete.

This may be required multiple times
during the day.

Cryosauna

won’t start after a Pre

-Cool

Cycle.

The Session Time

wasn’t selected on the

Control Panel.

Check that both the Time of the Session
and the Level of the Session have been
selected.

The Pre-Cool Cycle can operate without
a Time selected but you cannot run a
Session without the Time selected.

Refer to the

How to Properly Run a

WBC Session

”

section.

18

The door is hard to close or won’t stay

closed.

The pads may be
misaligned, or the
latch tension may be
too high or too low.

Adjust the door pads to proper
alignment.

If the door latch tension is too high, use
a flathead screwdriver and turn the
adjustment screws to the left to
decrease the tension.
