Cleaning the Optical System
It is recommended to clean the lenses and the filters
at regular intervals, depending on impurities caused
by dust, smoke, or other particles to ensure that the
light is radiated at maximum brightness. Prior to
opening the unit, always disconnect the plug from
the mains socket and let the unit cool down for
15 minutes.
For cleaning use a soft, clean cloth and a com-
mercial glass cleaner. Then carefully wipe the parts
dry.

Replacement of the Gobos
The rotating gobos on the two gobo wheels can be
replaced and e. g. be exchanged for your own
gobos.
1) Disconnect the mains plug from the socket and
let the unit cool down for 15 minutes.
2) Turn the moving head (3) in such a way that the
hinge (2) for the lamp cover will point upwards.
3) Release the five screws (1) and remove the
upper housing shell of the moving head.
4) Turn the gobo wheel in such a way that the gobo
to be replaced is accessible.
5) Remove the retaining ring on the gobo by means
of a suitable tool and remove the gobo. Never
release the screws on the gobo support; they
keep the ball bearing together!
6) Insert the new gobo into the gobo support and
fasten it with the retaining ring. If the gobo has a
side which is darker or matter, position this side
away from the lamp.
7) Replace the housing of the moving head and
retighten the five screws.

Transport
To prevent damage during transport, lock the
moving head (3) and the rotary arm (5) prior to trans-
porting the unit.
1) Turn the moving head by hand to a horizontal or
vertical position. Depress the red button (4) on
the rotary arm.
2) Position the rotary arm in parallel to the carrying
handles (7). This is the only position where it can
be locked. Set the lever (6) on the rotary arm to
the position LOCK.

Reinigung der Optik
Die Linsen und die Filter sollten in regelmäßigen
Abständen, je nach Verschmutzung durch Staub,
Rauch oder andere Partikel, gereinigt werden. Nur
dann kann das Licht in maximaler Helligkeit abge-
strahlt werden. Vor dem Öffnen des Gerätes den
Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und das Gerät
15 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
Zur Reinigung ein weiches, sauberes Tuch und
ein handelsübliches Glasreinigungsmittel verwen-
den. Anschließend die Teile vorsichtig trocken
wischen.

Auswechseln der Gobos
Die rotierbaren Gobos auf den zwei Goborädern
können ausgewechselt und z. B. durch eigene er-
setzt werden:
1) Den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und
das Gerät 15 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
2) Den Schwenkkopf (3) so drehen, dass das
Scharnier (2) für die Lampenabdeckung nach
oben zeigt.
3) Die fünf Schrauben (1) lösen und die obere
Gehäuseschale des Schwenkkopfes abnehmen.
4) Das Goborad so drehen, dass das auszuwech-
selnde Gobo zugängig ist.
5) Den Sicherungsring am Gobo mit geeignetem
Werkzeug entfernen und das Gobo entnehmen.
Niemals die Schrauben am Gobohalter lösen, weil
diese das Kugellager zusammenhalten!
6) Das neue Gobo in den Gobohalter einlegen und
mit dem Sicherungsring befestigen. Besitzt das
Gobo eine dunklere oder mattere Seite, muss
diese von der Lampe weg zeigen.
7) Das Gehäuse des Schwenkkopfes wieder mit
den fünf Schrauben verschließen.

Transport
Um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, müssen vor
dem Transport der Schwenkkopf (3) und der Dreh-
arm (5) arretiert werden.
1) Den Schwenkkopf von Hand in eine waagerechte
oder senkrechte Position drehen. Den roten
Knopf (4) am Dreharm hineindrücken.
2) Den Dreharm parallel zu den Tragegriffen (7)
stellen. Nur in dieser Position lässt er sich arre-
tieren. Den Hebel (6) am Dreharm in die Position
LOCK legen.
