CLEANING BEFORE FIRST USE
Unpack the appliance and remove any inserts or adhesive labels from the product.
•
Wash the removable components: the chopper blades (9) (if present), the chopper
bowl (10) (if present), the whisk (12) (if present) and the measuring jug (13) by hand
with soap and water or in the dishwasher without exceeding 55°C.
•
Wash the blender stem (5) by hand, with water and soap.
•
Clean the chopper lid (8) (if present) and the whisk support (11) (if present) with a
damp and well-wrung sponge.
•
Dry with a dry cloth.
OPERATION
The on/off controls have the following speeds:
Low speed, to be used during the initial preparation phase.
High speed: to be used during the final preparation phase or to
add volume to the processed contents.
ASSEMBLING THE HAND BLENDER
IMPORTANT!
•
Handle the blender blades (7) with care to prevent accidental cuts.
•
NEVER immerse the motor unit (3) in water
•
Do NOT use the appliance with solid ingredients.
•
The appliance must not be used for more than 30 seconds. wait for the
appliance to cool down completely before each cycle.
•
Do NOT leave any food residue inside the container (13) for more time
than is required for the preparation.
•
Fasten the blender stem (5) to the motor unit (3) by turning it anti-clockwise [FIG B].
•
Insert the ingredients (vegetable soups, fruit with milk or water) in the container (13).
•
Insert the blender stem (5) into the container (13) until the blade cover (6) is fully
immersed in the mixture.
USING THE HAND BLENDER
Proceed as follows after having assembled the appliance:
•
Insert the plug (4) in the socket.
•
Press the on/off button (1) or (2) at the desired speed.
