It clamps the upper profile part by eliminating the vibrations during the cutting, so that it is possible to use
higher penetration speed .
It does not limit the use of the machine and it allows to swivel the saw frame from 45 deg. right to 45 deg.left.
It can be mounted and also used with the saw frame down .
The manual locking is made by a wheel that moves the jaws -pos.3/dr.RI0106- and push the workpiece
against them-pos.5/dr.RI0106-
You can get the maximum opening by loosing the screws of the piece -pos.6/dr.RI0106- and by moving back
the cylinder-pos.10/dr.RI0106- . Always lock the screws as described-pos.9/dr.RI0106.
The both parts-pos.5 and 6 /dr.RI0106- can be vertically moved ( to adapt them to the different profiles
heights ) along the clamps -pos.7 and 8/dr.RI0106-.
Attention : When using this attachment the heigher blade guide head -pos.1/dr.RI0103- must be moved to
the possible highest position and must be locked with the handles-pos.16/dr.RI0102.
