2.6.5.1 Mini PCI slot (Optional) 

The PCI bus is connected to the Mini PCI slot located on the solder side of the 

KINO-9152G4. The Mini PCI socket can support standard Mini PCI cards. The Mini-PCI 

slot is an optional extra and is not included on the standard KINO-9152G4.

2.6.6 Real Time Clock 

256 bytes of battery backed RAM is provided by the Motorola MC146818 A real time clock 

(RTC) integrated into the Intel® ICH6M. The RTC operates on a 3 V battery and 

32.768 KHz crystal. The RTC keeps track of the time and stores system data even when 

the system is turned off. 

2.6.7 SATA Controller 

The integrated SATA controller on the Intel® ICH6M Southbridge supports two SATA 

drives on the KINO-9152G4 with independent DMA operations.
