SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Failure to follow the safety precautions may result in the risk of serious injury.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 136 Kg.
•
Do not use the shower chair on stairs or escalators.
•
Only use the accessories and parts supplied by the manufacturer.
•
Make sure that the knobs are tightened to the same level and the handle is securely fastened.
•
Always sit on the seat when the shower chair is
stationary
and the brakes are locked. Serious injury to
the user and/or damage to the wheelchair frame and/or wheels may result from improper use.
•
Before using the Formentera shower chair, make sure :

That the chair is correctly assembled

That all chair components are properly secured
-
That the chair is free of any defects in appearance
•
Make sure that the shower chair is locked before use.
•
Make sure that all parts (wheels, jacks, cables, handles, brakes, headrest, guardrail, calf strap) are secure
and in good working order.
•
Do not make any adjustments to the product while it is in use.
•
All wheels must always be in contact with the ground.
•
Check that the brakes function properly before use.
•
When the shower chair is in the stationary position, the brakes must be locked. Do not attempt to move
the product if the brakes are locked.
•
Make sure that the seat is clipped flat before use.
•
Do not use the chair without the backrest.
•
When sitting, do not try to reach objects by leaning forward.
•
If any parts are damaged, broken or worn, contact your distributor.
