INTRODUCTION
This device is intended for toasting sandwiches and should not be used for preparing food in any
other way.
SAFETY ADVICE

Read the instruction manual carefully before using the device! Pay attention to safety advice
in order to prevent damages caused by improper use!

Store the instruction manual for future reference. If you pass the device on to third parties,
attach this instruction manual as well.

The device is suitable for private use only.

Use the device only for the intended purpose and only indoors. Do not use the toaster
outdoors or in the bathroom.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or non-
observance of the instruction manual.

Prior to connecting the device to the power supply check if the voltage corresponds to the
data on the rating plate of the device.

This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.

Children should be supervised at all times to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Never repair the device yourself. The device can be
repaired by a qualified specialist only.
10. Regularly check the power cord and plug for possible damages. In case of damages, in order
to avoid hazards the power cord and plug should be replaced by the manufacturer or a
qualified specialist only.
11. Avoid damaging the power cord through squeezing, bending or rubbing against sharp edges,
and keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames.
12. Unplug the device by pulling the power plug not the cord, and do not wrap the power cord
around the device.
13. Do not use an extension cord with this device.
14. Place the cord and in such a way that pulling or tripping over it is impossible.

cleaning or using. Do not keep the device under running water or other liquids.

device for a longer period.
20. Do not place the device on cooking plates (gas, electric, coal stove, etc.). Keep the device
away from all hot surfaces. Always operate the device on a level, stable, clean, heatproof
and dry surface, and out of the reach of children and mentally disadvantaged persons.
21. Position the device in such a way that the power plug is accessible at all times.
22. Do not operate the device with damp hands or while standing on a wet floor.
23. The device is energised as long as it is connected to the power supply.
24. Dry the device and its accessories prior to connecting it to the power supply or attaching
accessories.
25. Using accessories that are not explicitly recommended by the manufacturer can cause
injuries and damages.
26. Use either original accessories or accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
27. Allow the device to cool down in a safe place, inaccessible for children and mentally
disadvantaged persons.
28. Do not use bread with high sugar percentage or bread powdered with sugar, since such
bread can cause fire.
